Serenity & Growth

A child-centered approach

My methodology is based on active and benevolent listening, using tools adapted to the child's age (play, drawing, speech) to promote their expression and fulfillment.

Supporting the child's development

For the child, play is their natural language. In session, we use mediators (drawing, modeling clay, role-playing) to explore their emotions and concerns in a fun and safe environment.

Child consultation

Why consult?

Each child is unique, and the reasons for consultation can vary. Here are some examples of situations we can address together.

Emotional Management

Learn to identify and regulate anger, sadness, or anxiety.

Relational Difficulties

Improve communication with peers and within the family.

Self-Confidence

Strengthen the child's self-esteem and autonomy.

Behavioral Disorders

Understand the meaning of difficult behaviors to better respond to them.

High Potential / Hypersensitivity

Support the particularities of emotional and cognitive functioning.

Life Events

Support the child during bereavement, separation, or moving.

Typical Session Flow

01

The Welcome

A time to meet, discuss the week's events, and set the framework for the session.

02

Therapeutic Work

Use of mediators (play, drawing, speech) to explore emotions and identified issues.

03

The Closing

A moment to synthesize what has been experienced and prepare for the return to daily life.
